Abstract Objective： To explore a common complication of acute peritonitis after surgery， for reasons analyzed and proposed treatment. Method： A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 60 cases of patients with complications of acute peritonitis after surgery in our hospital from February 2008 to February 2014 were treated， the incidence of acute peritonitis causes and treatment of postoperative complications and comprehensive the study. Result： Abdominal visceral
organs endogenous infections and other bacterial infections caused postoperative complications； to prevented infection on the basis of active treatment of the primary disease， included aseptic protect the incision， abdominal pus or contents of drainage， adequate washing， and the rational used of antibiotics to reduced the generation of complications. This study of 60 patients in which 53 patients localized complications（ wound infection， incomplete intestinal obstruction， abdominal abscess and wound dehiscence） had been successfully treated； seven cases of systemic complications in three cases of illness in patients with severe potential death. After treatment， 56 cases of patients with successful treatment， the cure rate was 93.3%. Conclusion： Patients with acute postoperative complications peritonitis infection is mainly caused by the treatment process and therefore need to be cautious in the operation， to maximize prevention of infection， prevent the emergence of complications.
