Effect of Evidence-based Nursing to Acute Left Heart Failure |

Abstract Objective:To investigate the effect of evidence-based nursing to acute left heart failure.Method:60 patients with acute left heart failure were divided into evidence-ce-based nursing group( n=30) and routine nursing group (n=30) from Feb 2012 to Feb 2014.Effective rate of nursing, satisfaction rate of nursing and 28-day surviving rate was compared.Result:Effective rate of nursing of the evidence-based group was significantly higher than that of the routine nursing group(P<0.05).Satisfaction rate of nursing of the evidence-based group was significantly higher than that of the routine nursing group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in 28-day surviving rate between the two groups. Conclusion:Evidence-based nursing could improve effective rate and satisfaction rate of nursing.
