Abstract Objective:To study influence of blood perfusion combined with hemodialysis on calcium and phosphorus metabolism and skin pruritus symptoms of patients with uremia. Method:42 uremia patients were selected as the research object.According to random number table method 42 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Observation group: 18 patients, treated with hemodialysis combing blood perfusion;Control group:24 cases, pure hemodialysis therapy. Calcium, phosphorus, skin pruritus conditions and quality of life of two groups before and after the treatment were compared. Result:4 weeks, 8 weeks after treatment, serum calcium level of observation group was obviously improved than before the treatment(P<0.01),and the control group improved significantly during this period, and there were statistically significant difference(P<0.01);4 weeks,8 weeks after treatment, serum phosphorus levels of observation group was obviously improved before the treatment( P<0.01), and the control group improved significantly during this period, and there were significant difference(P<0.01). 4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment skin pruritus in observation group were significantly better than before treatment, and also improved obviously than skin pruritus condition of patients in the control group at the same period, and there were statisticallysignificant difference(P<0.001).The quality of life after treatment in observation group was obviously higher than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Blood perfusion combined with hemodialysis can effectively correct uremia patients’ blood calcium and phosphorus metabolism disorder, and significantly reduce patients’ skin pruritus symptoms.
