Clinical Effect of Magnesium Sulphate on Moderate to Severe Pregnancy Induced Hypertension |

Abstract Objective: To discuss and analyze the clinical effect of magnesium sulphate on moderate to severe pregnancy-induced hypertension.Method: 60 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension were selected in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014, they were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,30 patients in each group. Both groups were treated with magnesium sulphate but the treatment group were treated with higher dose of magnesium sulphate than the control group.The therapeutic effect in both groups were observed. Result: The total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.3%, and 60.0% in the control group, it was higher than the control group,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). The dizzy,headache,chest congestion, palpitation and other adverse drug reactions,postpartum hemorrhage, placental abruption, premature birth and caesarean birth between the two groups were compared, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The clinical effect of high dosage of magnesium sulphate is better than the normal dosage of magnesium sulphate, and its
drug complications and clinical results are the same with normal dosage of magnesium sulphate in treating patients with moderate to severe pregnancy-induced hypertension.
