Abstract Objective： To investigate the clinical nursing measures and nursing effect with the Magnesium sulfate in the treatment of severe pregnancy induced hypertension in pregnant women. Method： Analysis and research were collected from February 2013 to February 2014 in our hospital were 148 cases of severe pregnancy induced hypertension
patients， divided into the control group and observation group， each 74 cases， the observation group were treated by high quality nursing means nursing， the control group were treated with routine nursing mode. Observation of clinical nursing effect of the two groups of pregnant women. Result： The patients in the observation group the total effective rate was 94.59%， patients in the control group the total effective rate was 75.68%， the observation group patients treatment effect was significantly better than the control group，with statistical significance（P<0.05）. The adverse reaction of maternal observation group was significantly lower than the control group，with statistical significance（P<0.05）. The observation group patients in all aspects of physical function， psychological function， social function and material life are significantly better than the control group，with statistical significance（P<0.05）. Conclusion： The patients with severe pregnancy induced hypertension using high-quality nursing methods for the treatment of the application of magnesium sulfate in nursing， can effectively reduce the pain of patients， improve the treatment effect.
