Abstract Objective：To investigate the influence of postpartum continued nursing intervention on life quality of parturient.Method：120 parturient were randomly divided into study group and control group. People in control group were conducted by maternal and child health care personnel about traditional family visit. The study group on the basis of routine postpartum nursing by the research team in the maternity hospital after 7 days and 28 days postpartum visit to the new mode of continuing nursing intervention of postpartum. The quality of life of the two groups was compared.Result：The incidence of maternal postpartum depression of the control group was 15.3%， the study group was 3.27%， with significant difference （ χ2=5.17，P<0.05）. The puerperal complications rate of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group（ χ2=16.69，P<0.01）.Conclusion：Postpartum continuity nursing intervention has a promoting effect on maternal improved quality of life.
