Abstract Objective：To observe the efficacy of therapy of manual diaplasis and percutaneous fixation for Colles fracture.Method：Total 120 cases of Colles fracture were randomly divided into the experiment group and the control group，60 cases in each group.The control group was given manual diaplasis and external fixation by plaster.The experiment group was given Kirschner wire internal fixation technique on the basis of control group.The clinical curative effect were observed in both groups.Result：The experiment group total effective rate was 98.33% and the control group was 85.00%，the experiment group was clearly better than control group，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：The curative effect of therapy of manual diaplasis and Percutaneous fixation for Colles Fracture is definite and worth clinical promotion.
