Abstract Objective:To evaluate clinical significance of transcranial Doppler ultrasonography monitoring intracranial pressure in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Method:Sixty four patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted by the department of neurology of Hospital from August 2014 to October 2015 were selected as research subjects, patients with cerebral hemorrhage were divided into the observation group, and 64 patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted simultaneously were divided into the control group, respectively on two groups of patients via transcranial doppler ultrasound detecting intracranial pressure, patients in two groups were subject to tests of intracranial pressure of Doppler ultrasonography and cerebral hemodynamic parameters.Result:Patients in the experimental group patients were subject to 104 times of TCD and lumbar puncture pressure detections, and patients in the control group were subject to 40 times of detections, spectrum results suggest that average blood flow velocity and diastolic blood flow velocity decrease with the increase in intracranial pressure, and they formed inversely proportional relationship with intracranial pressure, the
change rule of systolic blood flow velocity was not obvious, and the inter-group difference was no statistically significant (P>0.05).The pulsation index and resistance index increase gradually with the increase in intracranial pressure, and the difference comparison between groups in was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transcranial Doppler ultrasonography detects intracranial pressure of patients with cerebral hemorrhage in noninvasive manner, and it is provided with safe and reliable testing results and others, casting guiding functions to patients.
