Abstract Objective:To observe and analyze the effects of trauma care in the preoperative and postoperative liver rupture, and to explore effective ways of care, summarize nursing experience.Method: 100 patients with traumatic rupture of the liver were selected in our hospital emergency department receives from February 2012 to May 2014 as the research object during a given surgical treatment.According to different methods of care they were randomly divided
into two treatment groups, the observation group and the control group, 50 patients in each group.The control group was treated by routine preoperative and postoperative care, the observation group was strengthen based on the usual care nursing interventions,the effect of two groups nursing care were observed ,two groups of patients with concurrent disease outbreak situation, the incidence of pain and patient satisfaction with care were compared.Result:The observation group patients after nursing intervention operation, the complications and incidence of pain were significantly lower than the control group, patients nursing satisfaction were higher than the control group, the nursing effect of two groups had statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Preoperative and postoperative care interventions in emergency liver trauma and surgical treatment of patients can reduce the incidence of pain and postoperative complication rate, effectively ensuring the quality of life of patients during surgery, with higher patients care satisfaction and has the value of clinical applications.
