| Analyse the Female Civil Servants’ Quality of Life and Related Factors of Gansu Province |

Abstract Objective：To investigate the quality of life of the female civil servants in Gansu Province and itspossible influence factors.Method：The general quality of life inventory-74（GQOLI-74） was chosen as the investigationtool，214 case were selected and softwares of SPSS was used to make statistical analysis.Result：Objective quality of lifeof female civil servants was superior than the subjective satisfaction，the overall evaluation of the quality of life was better.Objective scoring of civil servants over the age of fifty was the lowest，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.The QOL of female civil servants with higher education were better than the lower education，the difference wasstatistically significant（P<0.05）.There was no difference in subjective satisfaction（P>0.05）.Quality of life of femalecivil servants in Lanzhou， the capital city of Gansu province，was significantly lower than the other three prefecture-levelcities，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Quality of life of female civil servants of GansuProvince were well，but attentions should be paid to qualities of life of elders and who with higher education and whoworked in the economic developed areas.
