Abstract Objective:To explore the identification degree of nursing staff, provide reference for the hospital culture bulding.Method:Quantitative research method was adopted. A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 408 nurses. Identification degree to the organizational culture, overall identification degree and consisting of 11 subunit. Result:Identification degree of nursing staff to organizational culture were low, and its different among different gender,age, level of education, seniority, position, title of nursing staff, compared with the nurse without administrative position, nursing administrators identification degree were higher. Conclusion:According to the survey results, the hospital administrators should provide more training opportunities to nursing staff, care for the nurses especially towards clinical nurses, creating a "people-oriented" harmonious hospital organizational culture to increase the nursing staff’s identification degree.
