Abstract Objective： To observe the curative effect of combination treatment of high fever. Method： 42 cases in the treatment group were given combination drug therapy， control group was treated with simple treatment， the two groups were 7 days to 1 course of treatment， to judge the curative effect of treatment after 2 courses. Result： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 80.95%， which was significantly higher than 50.0% of the control group， the difference was significant（ P<0.05）. Conclusion： The therapeutic effect of combined therapy in the treatment of exogenous high fever certainly， can effectively shorten the course of disease， safe and reliable.
