| The Clinical Analysis of 9654 Cases of Congenital Hypothyroidism and Phenylketonuria Neonatal Screening |

Abstract Objective：To summarize the neonatal congenital hypothyroidism（ CH） and phenylketonuria（ PKU）incidence and clinical experience.Method：9654 cases of hospitalized neonates with CH and PKU in our hospital were selected from January 2013 to July 2014.CH was tested by time-resolved immunofluorescence assay，PKU was tested by Guthrie bacteria inhibitory test.Result：Totally screening 9654 cases of neonates， 9 neonates were classified as definite CH， the incidence was 0.932‰， and 2 neonates as definite PKU， the incidence was 0.207‰ .Conclusion：It is necessary to understand the pathogenesis of CH and PKU， and the NICU children are the high-risk group.The birth population quality can effectively improved by neonatal screening，early detection and diagnosis.
