Objective： To analyze the clinical application effects of Ventricular premature beat treated by radiofrequency ablation. Method： 60 patients who suffered from the ventricular premature beat and who accepted treatment in our hospital from April 2012 to April 2013 were selected as the research objects，and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group， 30 patients in each group. In the control group， the patients suffered from the ventricular premature beat were treated with the propafenone， while in the observation group， the patients suffered from the ventricular premature beat were treated with radiofrequency ablation. Then， the treatment effects of these two groups were analyzed and compared. Result： In the control group， the significant effective rate of these patients was 56.7% and the total effective rate was 73.3%. However， in the observation group， the significant effective of these patients was 93.3%  and the total effective rate was 100%. Thus， the differences were evident and there were statistical significance（P<0.05）.In addition， in the observation group， the recurrence rate of these patients after the treatment was 6.7%， which was evidently lower than 33.3% in the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Furthermore， after treatment，3 patients in the control group suffered from the adverse drug reaction and the related serious complications.However， in the observation group no patients suffered from the adverse drug reaction and the related serious complications.In addition， according to the 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram， the time of bigeminy coupled rhythm and the trigeminal beats in the observation group was 0 and the total number of early room were（ 168±86）， which was evidently lower that that in the control group ， the differences were statistically significant（P<0.01）.Conclusion：The clinical application effects of ventricular premature beat treated by radiofrequency ablation is good and has high success rate and low recurrence rate. In addition， the complications are few. Thus， it should be promoted in the clinic applications.
