Abstract Objective：To study and analyze the clinical nursing result of 42 cases of children with acute bronchiolitis.Method：In our hospital from March 2013 to April 2014 in the treatment of acute bronchiolitis in children with 42 cases as the research object， and divided into two groups according to the clinical nursing method（ observation group， control group）， 21 cases in each group，the control group were given conventional nursing， the observation group with control group based on the routine nursing care in children with the given comprehensive clinical nursing， observe the clinical results of two groups of children.Result：The clinical results showed that the observation group patients in clinical treatment of total efficiency was better than that of the control group patients， the clinical differences between the two groups was obvious（P<0.05），with statistical significance；the observation group clinical nursing satisfaction than the
control group， two groups of clinical differences more obvious（P<0.05），with statistical significance.Conclusion：The clinical nursing of acute bronchiolitis in children， to give the comprehensive nursing， such as：keeping respiratory tract unobstructed， give oxygen， psychological nursing， can improve the cure rate and nursing satisfaction， clinical effect is remarkable， worthy of popularization.
