| Comparison of Ureteroscopic Holmium Laser and Pneumatic Lithotripsy in Treating Ureteral Calculi |

Abstract Objective：To compare the efficacy of holmium laser and pneumatic lithotripsy in the treatment of ureteraI calculi.Method：260 patients with ureteral calculi of our hospital from June 2012 to June 2014 were divided into two groups， the experimental group patients were given holmium laser lithotripsy， the control group patients were given pneumatic lithotripsy.Result：Operation time of the experimental group were lower than the control group（P<0.05）， the disposable gravel success rate of two groups were 92.5% and 86.4%（P<0.05）， the stones drained rate were 97.8% and 88.0%（P<0.05）， and the complication rate of two groups were 5.0% and 16.0%（ P<0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of holmium laser lithotripsy under ureter mirror is better than that of pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy，it is worth popularizing in clinical application.
