| Comparison of Laparoscopic and Open Nephron-sparing Surgery for T1a Renal Cell Carcinoma |

Abstract Objective： To evaluate the treatment of T1a renal cell carcinoma between laparoscopic nephronsparing sparing surgery（ LNSS） and open nephron-sparing surgery（ ONSS）. Method： A retrospective analysis of 60 clinical cases including LNSS patients（ n=29） and ONSS patients（ n=31） was made，comparison were made in clinical indexes between peri-operative bleeding， operative time， postoperative pain scores， postoperative drainage， indwelling time of drainage tube and so on. Result： The LNSS group was significantly less than the ONSS group in peri-operative bleeding， operative time，postoperative pain scores， postoperative drainage， indwelling time of drainage tube（ P<0.05）. Conclusion： Compared with ONSS group， LNSS is a higher security surgery with little trauma， lower postoperative pain score and shorter operative time， it can be a better way to treat T1a renal cell carcinoma.
