Abstract Objective： To understand the women of childbearing age before pregnancy rubella immunity， Rubella antibody level evaluation of women of childbearing age， in order to improve the birth quality and provide scientific reference. Method： Women of childbearing age in March 2013 - 2014 in September in my area free pre-pregnancy health check of 3776 people， by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ ELISA） was used to detect specific IgG antibodies in serum RuV. Result： 3776 people RuV-IgG antibody positive accounted for 3609 people（ 95.58%）， and negative detected 167 people（ 4.42%）. But RUV-lgG antibody negative and season（ χ2=0.077，P=0.994）， age（ χ2=1.484，P=0.476），region（ χ2=0.947，P=0.331） and previous vaccination history（ χ2 =0.650，P=0.723） no significant relationship（ P>0.05）. Conclusion： The majority of women of childbearing age have immunity against RuV， but there are still a number of people may be infected. Should strengthen monitoring of pregnancy RuV-IgG antibody， do RuV screening. Timely and rubella vaccination， make up oversight， to avoid infection during pregnancy， rubella antibody levels increase during pregnancy，and effectively prevent and reduce the incidence of infant CRS， improve population quality is born.
