Abstract Objective:To study and analyze clinical curative effect of trimetazidine hydrochloride in treatment of stable coronary heart disease angina pectoris.Method:102 patients with stable coronary artery disease angina were grouped into control group and treatment group. The control group used the conventional drugs such as aspirin treatment. The treatment group used trimetazidine hydrochloride on the basis of the control group.Clinical curative effect and blood lipid changes and adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Result:After treatment, lipid levels of two groups were significantly changed, and the treatment group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).Angina pectoris effectiveness and adverse reaction rate of treatment group were 92.16%(47/51),3.92%(2/51) and 80.39%( 41/51),13.73%( 7/51) of control group(P<0.05). Electrocardiogram curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Trimetazidine hydrochloride treatment of coronary heart disease patients with stable angina, can effectively improve the blood lipid level, relieve angina and improve clinical curative effect, and less adverse reaction.
