| Application of Precise Liver Resection Method in Hepatolithiasis |

Abstract Objective：To explore the clinical effects of precise liver resection method in hepatolithiasis.Method：86 cases with hepatolithus underwent hepatectomy from Octomber 2012 to December 2014 were reviewed retrospectively.Result：Operative time was（ 242±42.2）min， blood loss was（ 312±64.3）mL， hospital stay was （16.4±4.2）d， among the patients， 2 cases of bile leakage， 1 case infection of the wound，5 case of pleural effusion，all patients were cured.The time following-up activities were 1 to 24 months，2 cases of recurrence stones.Conclusion：Precise liver resection method is an effective treatment for choledochotomy with a low rate of complications and recurrent stone，it is worth of clinical application.
