Abstract Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of ultrasound guided cytological examination of fine needle puncture and the effect of nursing intervention during examination.Method:300 cases with suspected tuberculosis of cervical lymph node treated in our hospital from January 2014 to April 2015 were selected, 150 patients were diagnosed by lymph node US-FNAC and treated with node lymph node puncture( US-FNAC group); another 150 cases were diagnosed by lymph node FNAC and treated with node lymph node puncture( FNAC group). The accuracy of two methods of diagnosis were compared at the same time, patients that pathological diagnosed as tuberculosis of cervical lymph nodes in US-FNAC group were randomly divided into two subgroups, patients in the experimental group were treated with nursing intervention and patients in the control group were treated with routine treatment, healing time , the recurrence rate , adverse reactions and depression score were compared between the two groups after treatment, also the importance of nursing intervention was evaluated.Result:US-FNAC diagnosis had higher sensitivity( 99.3%), specificity( 70.0%) and accuracy( 97.0%) than FNAC diagnosis; The clinical treatment effect could be significantly improved by the nursing intervention in the patients with cervical lymph node tuberculosis.Conclusion:US-FNAC diagnosis has higher clinical diagnostic value, clinical treatment with nursing intervention can improve clinical effect significantly and has better clinical value.
