Abstract Objective：To investigate and analyze the imaging research of neonates’ gastrointestinal injury caused by severe asphyxia.Method：63 neonates with severe asphyxia in our hospital were randomly selected as the research object，The degree of the neonates’ gastrointestinal injury was judged by the examinations of gastric juice and imaging on the abdomen.Result：Along with the development of neonatal asphyxia，the degree of gastrointestinal damage aggravated gradually. Conclusion：Abdominal imaging can help doctors judge the degree of gastrointestinal damage caused by asphyxia.It provides more intuitive and scientific reference for clinical prevention and treatment.It gains valuable time for the treatment.Abdominal plain film examination is the most widely used imaging methods at present and there is no examination methods can replace it.It should be widely used in clinical according to its good diagnostic value.
