Comprehensive Nursing Measures on Patients with Pregnancy Induced Hypertension Syndrome Prognosis and Influence Pregnancy Outcome Analysis |

Abstract Objective:To study and research on the comprehensive nursing measures of outcome in patients with gestational hypertension syndrome and pregnancy outcome,provide necessary basis for clinical nursing plan selection. Method:100 cases of PIH women from January 2011 to January 2014 in our hospital were selected,under the condition of the patients were informed consent in a randomized,control group 50 cases with normal obstetric nursing,the observation group had 50 cases on the basis of conventional nursing care,comprehensive care of PIH,after the birth of two groups of patients with the disease outcome and pregnancy outcomes were compared.Result:From the point of outcome comparison,observation group of patients outcomes rate was 94.0%,control group patients was 78.0%,the observation group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05).From pregnancy outcomes comparison,observation group average birth weight of( 3.3±0.8)kg,Apgar score was( 9.6±0.3)points,dystocia rate was 36.0%,control group were (2.6±0.6)kg,(8.2±0.6)and 62.0%,the observation group were significantly better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant( P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing measures for patients with gestational hypertension syndrome can effectively promote the patient outcomes,improve the pregnancy outcome,is worth in clinical promotion and application.
