Abstract Objective：To explore the clinical effect in patients with hypertension during the nursing process in health education，and analyzes its application value. Method：160 patients with hypertension were selected in our hospital from February 2012 to December 2012 as the research object，general data of all patients were analyzed，with a sealed envelope method，they were randomly divided into two groups，80 cases in the experimental group，and 80 cases in control group.Patients in the control group were only used routine nursing mode.In the experimental group was added the content of health education.Two groups of patients for nursing care of 5 months，then the effect of nursing care and nursing satisfaction were compared. Result：After 5 months nursing service，experimental group of the clinical effect and nursing satisfaction were significantly better than the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion：For the hypertensive patients with health education can improve the patients self health care consciousness，strengthen the understanding of science on hypertension disease patients，can promote the initiative good habit of life for the prevention of hypertension patients，and the clinical effect of control has good，worthy of extensive promotion.
