| Research of Drug Wax Mud Therapy Combined with Comprehensive Care in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis |

Abstract Objective：To research the care of medicine wax mud therapy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Method：80 cases of knee osteoarthritis patients in our hospital from April 2013 to December 2014 were selected， they were randomly divided into two groups，40 cases in the observation group（ TCM wax mud treatment） and 40 cases in the control group（acupuncture） . The control group were given routine care， while the observation group were given comprehensive care， then the clinical efficacy， the symptoms total score， CRP level， ESR level and satisfaction of care of the two groups were analyzed. Result：The treatment excellent rate and the satisfaction with the treatment and care job of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P<0.05）， the symptom total score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（ P<0.05）. Conclusion：Medicine wax mud therapy combined with comprehensive care in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis has good results， so it is worthy of promoting.
