Abstract Objective：To investigate the status and influencing factors of family function among elderly malignant tumor patients complicated with Parkinson’s disease（PD）.Method：Totally 60 elderly malignant tumor patients complicated with PD were investigated by a self-designed demographic questionnaire and Family APGAR Index（ APGAR）.Result：The total score of APGAR was（ 5.95±1.81） and 53.33% of the patients showed family dysfunction.Multiple stepwise regression showed the influencing factors of family function were educational level，family economic status，family relationship，stage of PD and stage of tumor.Conclusion：The family function of elderly malignant tumor patients complicated with PD is influenced by individual factors，nurses should take proper intervention measures to improve their family function.
