Abstract Objective：To approach the treatment result of subclinical hypothyroidism patients in gestation period by thyroid hormones.Method：34 patients clinical data of subclinical hypothyroidism in gestation period were selected in our hospital from August 2012 to August 2014，and were divided into two groups，no treatment group of 14 cases and treatment group of 20 cases.Result：The TSH，TG，total cholesterol abnormalities of treatment group were better than no treatment group，FT3，FT4 level were higher than no treatment group，the premature delivery，pregnancy-induced hypertension，preeclampsia，abruptio placentae and incidence of anemia during pregnancy of treatment group were lower than no treatment group，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：The pregnancy outcome of subclinical hypothyroidism patients in gestation period by thyroid hormones are improved，the pregnancy complication is decreased，so it is worth to promote in clinical.
