| Clinical Curative Effect Observation of Prednisone Acetate Prednisone Combined with Vitamin B12 in the Treatment of Adult Chronic Cheilitis |

Abstract Objective：To study the effect of Prednisone combined with vitamin B12 in the treatment of chronic cheilitis.Method：56 adult patients with chronic cheilitis were randomly divided into two groups，26 cases in the control group were given the conventional treatment，30 cases in the experimental group were given the therapy of Prednisone Acetate combined with vitamin B12.1-year follow-up was given to the two groups，the clinical effect was judged by the situation of dryness，desquamation，rahagades，hyperemia，edema and erosion of the lip.Result：The cure rate and total effective rate of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Treating chronic cheilitis with Prednisone combined with vitamin B12 is significantly effective，it is worth clinical applying.
