Abstract Objective：To determine the value of ultrasound and mammography combination in breast adenosis diagnosis.Method：162 patients with breast adenosis who were diagnosed by ultrasound and molybdenum target radiography were collected，the characters of ultrasound and molybdenum target radiography images were summarized.Finally，the value of the two methods in breast adenosis diagnosis was evaluated.Result：The accuracy was 80.2% of ultrasound and mammography combination，it is higher than that of the ultrasound or mammography， the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Ultrasound and molybdenum target radiography combination can increase the accuracy of breast adenosis diagnosis.
