Objective：To study the correlation of cytokines and allergy in children with asthma.Method：80 children with asthma treated from December 2013 to November 2014 in our hospital were selected and divided into allergic group（41 cases） and non-allergic group（39 cases） according to the confirmation of allergy.Meanwhile， there were 40 healthy controls. The level of IL-5， IFN-γand IL-4 of each group was compared.Result：The level of IL-4，IL-5 and IFN in children with asthma were significantly higher than those of control group（P<0.05）.The level of IFN-γand IL-5 of allergic group were significantly higher than those of control group（P<0.05），and the level of IL-4 was not significantly different.The level of IFN-γand IL-5 of allergic group was significantly higher than those of non-allergic group（P<0.05），and the level of IL-4 was not significantly different.Conclusion：The allergy has a greater influence on the level of IL-5 and IFN-γfor children with asthma and the state of the children’s illness.
