Abstract Objective: To investigate the influence of different nursing interventions on negative emotions of the patients with sudden deafness and tinnitus. Method: The objects of this study were 80 patients with sudden deafness and tinnitus in the Otolaryngological Department of our hospital. Among these 80 patients, 40 patients who accepted routine care were considered as the control group, while another 40 patients who were given integrated care on the basis of routine care were regarded as the observation group. Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, Hamilton Anxiety Scale score and Self-rating Depression Scale score of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Result: Before nursing, the evaluation of different observation targets of the two groups was similar, so the difference was not statistically significant( P>0.05). After nursing, the evaluation of different observation targets of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant( P<0.05). Conclusion: Certain nursing interventions can improve the sleep quality and psychological state of the patients with sudden deafness and tinnitus, and the improved effect of integrated nursing is better than the usual nursing.
