Abstract Objective:To discuss correlation of human papilloma virus( HPV) subtypes distribution characteristics and age in Huizhou region.Method:2576 women of cervical secretions exfoliated cells were selected from January 2013 to December 2014 in our hospital outpatient service and examination, on the basis of age, all women was divided into young group( 20-29 years old),mid-young group( 30-39 years old), middle age group( 40-49 years old), old age group( >49 years old), HPV diversion hybridization rapid genotyping technology was used to detect HPV subtype, analysed all the subjects of HPV subtypes distribution characteristics and its relationship with age.Result: In Huizhou region,2576 cases of specimens after HPV gene examination and classification diagnostic screening out of 412 cases were positive for HPV infection, total infection positive rate was 15.99%,and HPV subtypes 52 infection rate was the highest(2.45%),HPV subtype 2 infection rate was the lowest(0.08%), the former was significantly higher than the latter,the difference was statistically significant(X2=7.72,P<0.01).High-risk type HPV infection rate was 14.01%,low-risk HPV infection rate was 1.98%,the former was significantly higher than the latter(X2=7.13,P<0.01).Young group of HPV infection percentage was 29.38%, mid-young group of HPV infection percentage was 57.77%, middle age group of HPV infection percentage was 9.45%, old age group of HPV infection percentage was 3.40%, mid-young group>young group>middle age group>old age group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Risk HPV infection in Huizhou has significant heterogeneity subtypes and age distribution, to guide the HPV vaccine research and early prevention and treatment of HPV infection has important clinical value.
