Abstract Objective：To explore the constructive mode of skill training base for minimally-invasive surgery in community hospitals of Guangzhou.Method：Skill training base for minimally invasive surgery was established by setting up management institutions，constructing training base and standardizing training disciplines.Result：The trainees could better master the application of minimally invasive surgery and obtain the official endoscopic operation certificate.Conclusion：Standard training model creates positive effects on professional training for minimally invasive surgery in community hospitals.
