Abstract Objective：To approach the influence of children vaccination by individualized health education in patriarch.Method： 500 patriarches of 0-3 age children for suitable vaccination in our jurisdiction were selected from May 2014 to December 2014 and were divided into two groups，control group of 200 cases and intervention group of 300 cases. The cognitive level score of patriarch vaccination， qualification rate of I kind of vaccination and vaccination work satisfaction of two groups were detected.Result：The intervention group of cognitive level score patriarch vaccination，the qualification rate of I kind of vaccination and vaccination work satisfaction were better than that control group，the differences were statistically significance（P<0.05）.Conclusion： The cognitive level and satisfaction of children vaccination by Individualized health education in patriarch are improved，the qualification rate of I kind of vaccination are improved，which is to be used.
