Abstract Objective: To observe and study the clinical efficacy of combined uterine laparoscopy for the treatment of tubal blockage. Method: 64 patients who were treated for tubal blockage from June 2013 to June 2014 in our hospital were selected as the research subjects, they were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group, 32 cases in each group. The observation group was treated by combined laparoscopy and hysteroscopy, while the control group was treated with open surgery. The bleeding volume, operation time, length of stay, exhaust time, fallopian tube flow rate and success rate of pregnancy of the two groups were compared.Result: The intraoperative blood loss, operative time, hospital stay and exhaust time of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The fallopian tube smooth rate of the observation group was 93.75%, the pregnancy success rate was 71.88%. while the tubal smooth rate of the control group was 75.00%, the pregnancy success rate was 46.88%.The fallopian tube flow rate and success rate of pregnancy of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The clinical efficacy of hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy for the treatment of fallopian tube blockage is obvious, the efficacy is significant, it is worthy of clinical application.
