Abstract Objective:To investigate if the plan-do-check action cycle(PDCA) management model can be used to analysis for fever of unknown origin(FUO) so as to improve the diagnostic level of FUO.Method:Using PDCA circulatory management to understand the causes of FUO.It was improved capacity of diagnosis and treatment planning in fever of unknown origin, and pathogeny of fever of unknown origin was improved. Result:FUO were studied and diagnosed after the implementation of PDCA circulatory management.Conclusion:Application of PDCA cycle theory in diagnosis of FUO will be beneficial to raising diagnostic level and the cure rate of FUO.
