Abstract Objective：To introduce design and production methods of a kind of maternal multifunctional convenient pants and observe the effect of clinical application. Method：The specific production method of a kind of maternal multifunctional convenient pants was introduced.The experimental group and control group were set up in clinic，50 cases in each group.The experimental group was given new-style maternity pants，and the control group was given oldstyle pants.The use effects of new type of maternity pants were evaluated.Result：The perineal nursing operation time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than the control group，the effects of indwelling catheter fixation，sand fixation and reyanbao fixation were significantly better than those in the control group，the proportion of "good" of maternal and medical staff satisfaction in the experimental group were 88.00% and 96.00%，which were significantly higher than 32.00% and 18.00% in the control group， the differences were statistically significant（P<0.001）. Conclusion：The new maternal multifunctional convenient pants is convenient for nursing operating and treatment，which can reduce the work intensity and improve satisfaction of nurses and doctors，and is worthy of clinical promotion.
