Abstract Objective: To investigate the effect of Triptorelin Acetate combined with laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of endometriosis and its influence on inflammatory factors. Method: A total of 98 patients with endometriosis from October 2016 to April 2022 in Rushan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into a control group (n=49) and an observation group (n=49) using the random number table method. The control group received laparoscopic surgery, and the observation group received Triptorelin Acetate combined with laparoscopic surgery. The oxidative stress state [reactive oxygen species (ROS), superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px)], ovarian function indexes [follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), estradiol (E2)], pain symptom scores (dyspareunia, pelvic pain) and inflammatory factor indexes [tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups. Result: Before treatment, there were no significant differences in the levels of POS, MDA, SOD, GSH-Px, FSH, E2, TNF-α, IL-18, VEGF, and the scores of dyspareunia and pelvic pain between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, POS, MDA, FSH, E2, TNF-α, IL-18 and VEGF in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, SOD and GSH-Px were higher than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The recurrence rate in the observation group (2.04%) was lower than that in the control group (20.41%) (P<0.05). Conclusion: Patients with endometriosis receiving Triptorelin Acetate combined with laparoscopic surgery can reduce the level of oxidative stress, improve ovarian function, reduce the degree of pain and inflammatory factor levels, and the recurrence rate is low.
