Abstract Objective: To explore the effect of Bacterial Lysates Capsules combined with modified Dingchuan Decoction in the treatment of children with repeated gasping, in order to provide an effective treatment plan for children with this disease. Method: A total of 120 children with repeated gasping received from Maternity and Child Care Center of Xinyu from January 2020 to January 2022 were divided into a combination group and a routine group according to computer random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. The routine group received routine treatment, and the combination group was treated with Bacterial Lysates Capsules combined with modified Dingchuan Decoction on the basis of the routine group. The therapeutic effect, humoral immunity indexes, serum inflammatory factor indexes and blood routine indexes were compared between the two groups. Result: The number of gasping attacks in the combination group was less than that in the routine group, and the duration of each attack was shorter than that in the routine group (P<0.05). After treatment, the immunoglobulin (Ig) A and IgG levels in combination group were higher than those in routine group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum inflammatory factors in combination group were better than those in routine group (P<0.05). After treatment, compared with the levels of blood routine indexes, those in the combination group were better than those in the routine group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Bacterial Lysates Capsules combined with modified Dingchuan Decoction in the treatment of children with repeated gasping has a remarkable effect, and can reduce inflammatory reaction.
