The control group was treated with massage, and the observation group was treated with acupuncture on the basis of the control group. The pain degree and joint function of the two groups were compared. Result: After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); after treatment, the symptom scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the symptom scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05); after treatment, the visual analogue scale (VAS) scores and disability of the arm, shoulder and hand (DASH) scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05); after treatment, the FMA upper limb scores, MBI scores and ADL scale scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and the above scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).
