Abstract Objective: To investigate the value of multi-slice CT imaging in the diagnosis and preoperative bladder cancer before staging.Method: 83 cases of preoperative staging of bladder cancer diagnosis treatment in our hospital from May 2008 to June 2012 were retrospective analyzed, all patients were two-dimensional ultrasound scanning and multi-slice CT imaging scan( referred to as spiral CT ) detected by two experienced physicians read the piece doubleblind
method and preoperative staging of bladder cancer T, statistical analysis of the two detection methods in detection of bladder cancer foci, staging situation.Result:83 cases of bladder cancer, spiral CT detection of various parts of the patients with bladder cancer foci were higher than those detected in the number of two-dimensional ultrasound detection, the former total number of detected foci were significantly higher than the latter, the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05); spiral CT detection of bladder cancer before surgery specificity T staging of 96.38%, a sensitivity of 85.27%,accuracy was 93.34%, a specificity of two-dimensional ultrasound detection of bladder cancer before surgery T staging was 88.54%, the sensitivity was 79.62%, accuracy was 85.81%, significantly higher than the former to the latter, the difference were statistically significant( P<0.05). Conclusion: Spiral CT imaging can be used as an effective method to detect bladder cancer diagnosis, which can effectively improve the accuracy of preoperative T staging of bladder cancer before, helping physicians develop appropriate treatment programs worthy of further promotion.
