Abstract Objective:To discuss the effect of incubation period line block anesthesia intra-spinal canal labor analgesia on pregnant women pregnancy outcome and neonatal prognosis.Method:174 pregnant women with incubation period line block anesthesia intra-spinal canal labor analgesia were selected from January 2013 to March 2014 in our hospital, according to the random distribution, all patients were divided into latent group and the control group. Two groups of pregnant women were given the conventional block anesthesia labor analgesia intra-spinal canal treatment, the control group of pregnant women in the palace mouth up higher than 3 cm given implementation of the latent group of pregnant women in the palace mouth expansion when 1-2 cm to implementation. The pain of pregnant woman were assessed by (VAS) in their palace mouth began to expand, labor time, pain status, delivery outcome and perinatal outcome of all pregnant women were statistical analyzed.Result:The latent group of pregnant women first and second maternal labor time were significantly shorter than the control group, the palace mouth expansion within 60 min each time VAS score was significantly lower than the control group, the difference were statistically significant( P<0.05); The latent group of pregnant women delivery outcome was significantly better than the control group( P<0.05); The latent group of pregnant women perinatal outcome was significantly better than the control group( P<0.05).Conclusion:Incubation period line block anesthesia intra-spinal canal labor analgesia method can effectively reduce maternal labor time, quickly relieve pain, maternal implement labor epidural and pregnancy outcomes of pregnant women and perinatal outcome, is helpful to improve the level of neonatal prognosis, it’s worth for further clinical promotion.
