Abstract Since the time of reproductive medicine undergraduate enrollment is late， various colleges and universities mainly focus on the theory teaching. And due to few experimental hours or no experiment courses in these colleges and universities， cultivation of reproductive medical talents is affected. This paper discusses the innovative experimental teaching in reproductive medicine based on the construction of experimental teaching content system in reproductive medicine， the reform of experimental teaching method， the strengthening the cultivation of ability， the reform of experimental teaching mode， the strengthening the extra-curricula teaching， the establishment of open laboratory system and the giving full play to the function of laboratory.
