Abstract Objective：To study the CT diagnostic value of thyroid nodule lesions.Method：Contrastive analysis of 78 cases confirmed by pathology of thyroid nodule lesions pathologic results and CT imaging manifestations.Result：In 78 cases， 31 cases of nodular goiter， including 22 cases of bilateral， 9 cases of unilateral.Enhance the see multiple low density nodules， 17 cases with cystic necrosis.37 cases of thyroid adenoma， including 11 cases occurred in two side， 15 cases had calcification， 33 patients with cystic change， the bleeding circular reinforcement， membrane integrity， boundaries clear.8 cases of thyroid carcinoma， 2 cases of metastatic carcinoma， metastases to the cancerous nodules and density and reinforcement were uneven， incomplete capsule， and the surrounding tissue boundary was not clear.Thyroid cancer was unilateral or bilateral neck lymph node enlargement.Conclusion：By CT to observe the number of nodules， boundary， calcification， cystic change and strengthen the situation and the relationship with normal surrounding structures， such as lymph node and distant metastasis， diagnosis of thyroid nodule lesions has important diagnostic value.
