Abstract Objective：To investigate the sonographic features of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of placenta accreta.Method：22 cases with placenta accreta prenatal or postnatal color Doppler ultrasound were retrospectively analyzed.Result：In 22 cases with placenta accreta prenatal ultrasound， 3 cases were diagnosed before delivery， and 19 cases did after delivery.Conclusion：The application of color Doppler ultrasound for diagnosis of placenta accreta， for pregnant women， postpartum when processing plays an important role.Application of ultrasonic observation of prenatal， postpartum placenta implantation， convenient， non-invasive， no pain， accurate and reliable， can be directly observed， can provide reliable diagnostic basis for clinical.
