Abstract Objective：To study the role of reinforcement at the county in hospital nursing management and nursing telling.Method：438 patients between January 2010 and December 2010 were collected as conventional nursing group， and 594 cases from January 2011 to December 2011 were collected as the strengthen nursing group with nursing based on reviewing defect of nursing management and adopting corresponding measures to strengthen nursing management
and emphasis nursing telling.The two groups in patient satisfaction indicators and nursing defects incidence were compared.Result：After strengthening nursing management and nursing telling， the incidence of nursing defects and mistakes in 2011， the incidence of nursing disputes were both 0.8%， patients to nurses job satisfaction rate was as high as 97.3%，which were significantly better than the previous year’s conventional nursing group， the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：The level of nursing management will directly influence nursing quality; nursing informing has important effect on reducing medical disputes and promoting harmonious.Therefore， strengthening county hospital nursing management and nursing telling is one of a new task faced by the basic-level hospitals.
