Abstract Objective：To investigate the effect of evidence-based nursing to acute left heart failure.Method：60 patients with acute left heart failure were divided into evidence-ce-based nursing group（ n=30） and routine nursing group （n=30） from Feb 2012 to Feb 2014.Effective rate of nursing， satisfaction rate of nursing and 28-day surviving rate was compared.Result：Effective rate of nursing of the evidence-based group was significantly higher than that of the routine nursing group（P<0.05）.Satisfaction rate of nursing of the evidence-based group was significantly higher than that of the routine nursing group（P<0.05）.There was no significant difference in 28-day surviving rate between the two groups. Conclusion：Evidence-based nursing could improve effective rate and satisfaction rate of nursing.
