Abstract Objective： To explore the development and clinical application of the homemade infantile scrotum girdle. Method： 50 patients were chosen who came to our hospital to cure the inguinal hernia from April 2012 to April 2014. They were divided into two groups， group A and group B，25 patients in each group.The patients in group A were
given the postoperative care treatment with the help of homemade infantile scrotum girdle， while the other 25 patients in group B were given the conventional postoperative care treatment. Result： The total efficiency of the patients in group A was 96.0% and group B was 72.0%；the satisfaction rate of the patients in group A was 96.0% and group B was 76.0%，compared two groups the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion： The comprehensive clinical treatment efficiency of the patients in group A is obviously better than that in group B.
