Self-efficacy Pressure Sores and Cognitive Levels Research of Collaborative Care Intervention after Stroke Prevention on Caregivers Bedridden Patients |

Abstract Objective:To study the impacts of collaborative care intervention on self-efficacy pressure sores and cognitive levels after stroke prevention on caregivers bedridden patients. Method: 80 cases of stroke caregivers patients were selected in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2014 ,randomly divided into observation group and control
group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing and the observation group was treated with collaborative care intervention based on the routine nursing.Result:The incidence of pressure sores of the study group2.5%(1/40) was significantly lower than the control group 45.0%( 18/40);the proportions of outgoing personality,emotional stability,sleep good,and active social were significantly higher than the control group;the care ability score was significantly lower than the control group;the quality of life score was significantly higher than the control group,all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Collaborative care intervention can improve the selfefficacy pressure sores and cognitive levels of caregivers stroke bedridden patients.
