Abstract Objective:To study the nursing method and nursing effect of function training on the voice effect after cleft palate surgery.Method:80 cases of cleft palate were selected from February 2011 to October 2013 in our hospital,were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 40 patients per group, the control group was given conventional methods of care, the observation group was given nursing intervention on the basis of conventional method,comparative analysis of two groups of nursing methods cleft palate children with postoperative functional training effect and nursing satisfaction.Result:After the follow-up nursing assessment, nursing the excellent and good rate of observation group was 87.50%, significantly higher than the control group of nursing the excellent and good rate was 62.50%(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Subjective speech intelligibility judgments,the observation group was clear in 23 cases, the basic clear in 15 cases, 2 cases were not clear, clear rate was 95%, control group was clear in 17 cases, the basic clear in 16 cases, 7 cases were not clear, clear rate of 82.50% was the observation group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was significant(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion:In this study, the observation group used nursing intervention to strengthen children speech training, the obtained remarkable effect, and the subjective speech intelligibility evaluation on the effect of observation group is obviously better than that of the control group, so the children with cleft palate excellent postoperative function recovery training directly affect the prognosis of patients, we must strengthen intervention.
